Working with: CFO: Review all the various processes, tools, documentation and IT requirements across the Business. Understand the financial appetite to invest in new ways to work smarter and prioritise accordingly. Department / Studio / Traffic Leads: Critically assess and document existing brief to debrief process. Appoint a process team to challenge, evolve, simplify, champion, document, brand and rollout to the Agency. Objectives / Outcomes - Understand the Agency’s process, tools and IT infrastructure - Appoint process champions to review their specific areas - Workshop process flow, document, critique, refine, deploy - Give the process a brand and personality. Make it fun - Ensure all IT infrastructure and cloud-based software is fit for purpose - Engage the entire Agency and embed into the Agency DNA and culture
